Administrative coordinator

CSE is an innovative national customer experience consulting firm seeking an Administrative Coordinator based in our Annapolis office.

Job duties include: quality control in reviewing mystery shop evaluations; reporting and compiling client training feedback, and preparation of client executive reporting. This position supports the Training and Consulting Team and provides administrative support to the Manager of Training and Consulting.




Customer Service Experts seeks independently contracted editors to work from home. Editors may work anywhere in the United States. An editor reviews customer service evaluations by correcting errors and checking for accuracy. The ability to complete assignments quickly is required.
