CSE's exclusive employee survey, e4Survey®, addresses the core aspects of the eC²® model—service principles, learning and development, leadership, processes, communication and employee engagement. Results from the survey create a roadmap for improvement while identifying areas of success and opportunity.
The e4Survey® was developed together with I/O psychologists and assess the impact of employee perceptions on external customer satisfaction. The survey items have been developed to ensure clarity, ratability, and dispersion in responses among other criterion.
