CPLPLocal Business Executives Earn the CPLP™ Credential from the ASTD Certification Institute

Annapolis, MD, May 5, 2011 - Customer Service Experts, Inc. is pleased to announce that Jill E. Donnelly, Vice President of Product Development and Marketing, and Patty Thompson, Senior Manager, Learning & Development have earned the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance™ (CPLP™) credential from the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD) Certification Institute.
