SCHEDULING COORDINATOR
CSE is an innovative national customer experience consulting firm seeking a Scheduling Coordinator for our Annapolis office. Our Coordinators are passionate about service and delivering exceptional results for client programs. A Coordinator ensures the scheduling and timely completion of mystery shop evaluations that exceeds client expectations in a fast paced environment.
REQUIREMENTS:

Recruit, schedule and monitor customer service evaluators (mystery shoppers)

Detail-oriented, deadline driven, fast paced, and independent

Commitment to quality, efficiency and consistency

Exceptional organization skills

Demonstrates time management competencies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products including Word, and Excel

PREFERRED:

Experience in staffing, scheduling, retail and/or restaurant
