SCHEDULING COORDINATOR

CSE is an innovative national customer experience consulting firm seeking a Scheduling Coordinator for our Annapolis office. Our Coordinators are passionate about service and delivering exceptional results for client programs. A Coordinator ensures the scheduling and timely completion of mystery shop evaluations that exceeds client expectations in a fast paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Recruit, schedule and monitor customer service evaluators (mystery shoppers) 

  • Detail-oriented, deadline driven, fast paced, and independent

  • Commitment to quality, efficiency and consistency

  • Exceptional organization skills

  • Demonstrates time management competencies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products including Word, and Excel

  • Works independently to achieve goals

  • A desire and aptitude to serve internal customers

  • Encourage teamwork within the team and across teams

  • Focus on providing creative, proactive solutions to client needs

  • Driven to maintain high client satisfaction with a service friendly attitude

PREFERRED:

  • Experience in staffing, scheduling, retail and/or restaurant

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Relevant Certification
