Position Overview



CSE is an innovative national customer experience consulting firm seeking a Multimedia Instructional Designer for our Annapolis office. The Multimedia Instructional Designer supports the business development, marketing, training, learning and development, and digital initiatives of CSE. The position entails the design and layout of creative elements, including but not limited to sales collateral, digital presentations, e-mail templates, social media motion & still graphics, print material, website graphics, whiteboard video graphics.

Functional Responsibilities & Job Skills

  • Designing and developing in-person training courses
  • Designing training strategies and developing instructional and performance support products and materials to close gaps between current and desired performance
  • Reviewing existing content, developing behavior based learning objectives, sequence content, identifying content gaps, collaborating with subject matter experts to fill gaps, developing engaging learning modules
  • Collaborates with managerial and other essential personnel to conduct needs analyses, resolve issues, close performance gaps and facilitate change.
  • Creation & development of customized Learning Management Content Systems for clients
  • Responsible for formatting any client-facing materials and ensuring adherence to client or CSE brand standards

Tools and Processes:

  • Consistent and accurate use of 5x5’s
  • eView system proficiency in scheduling, reviewing, editing, reporting,  and tracker activity
  • Use of approved Linked In Profile
  • Proficiency in phone system
  • Meet regularly with Training and Consulting team to update progress
  • Utilize SME (Subject Matter Experts) as appropriate
  • Familiar with Strategic Plan goals and metrics
