Administrative Coordinator

CSE is seeking an Administrative Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the Training & Consulting Team. Job duties include: quality control in reviewing mystery shop evaluations; reporting and compiling client training feedback, and preparation of client executive reporting. This position supports the Training and Consulting Team and provides administrative support to the Manager of Training and Consulting.

Functional Responsibilities & Job Skills:

  • Prepare executive reporting presentations for select clients utilizing mystery shopping data and analysis in Excel, PowerPoint and Word programs
  • Supports Training and Consulting team with training and mystery shop reporting for select airport clients
  • Quality review and edit of select client mystery shop evaluations
  • Prepare training feedback  roll ups & track results
  • Monitor and verify onsite reconciliation for client airport programs
  • Event management of the registration system and tracking results across airport clients on a weekly basis.
    Meet and exceed deadlines for all deliverables to clients
  • Maintain a collaborative partnership with program teams

Tools and Processes:

  • Consistent and accurate use of 5x5’s
  • eView system proficiency in scheduling, reviewing, editing, reporting,  and tracker activity
  • Use of approved Linked In Profile
  • Proficiency in phone system
  • Meet regularly with Training and Consulting team to update progress
  • Utilize SME (Subject Matter Experts) as appropriate
  • Familiar with Strategic Plan goals and metrics
