The Latest in Employee Development for Improving Passenger Experience

ATD, the Association of Talent Development held their annual International Conference and Exhibition this week in Orlando, FL. As the preeminent human performance improvement organization, almost 10,000 were in attendance. 

CSE's Patty Thompson, CPLP and Jill Donnelly, CPLP participated in learning immersion sessions and explored the latest in learning technologies and thought leadership. The team draws on this experience and learning to design effective training and development programs for our airport clients.  Most content is designed to improve employee performance and leadership effectiveness to drive the passenger experience (PX).


Always a hit among learning professionals is the legendary Ken Blanchard. Patty and Jill shared insights with him on his most recent book: The New One Minute Manager.

This is the team's 6th year in attendance.  Both have earned the CPLP credential from ATD. The Certified Professional of Learning and Performance is The only credential covering the entire talent development profession.
