The Customer Service Experts team is excited to attend the 2017 Airport Revenue News (ARN) Conference, in New Orleans, LA, from March 12-15, where the airport industry meets to network and learn about the latest trends.  ARN offers countless opportunities to gather feedback on customer service experiences from airport executives, commercial property managers, and concessions decision-makers and features four days of informative and interactive sessions.

CSE is honored to be selected this year to participate in ARN’s discussion series, “Up for Debate.”  As the airport industry leader in defining and shaping improved passenger experiences through employee and manager training, mystery shops, and service culture development, CSE is a natural fit in what is sure to be a colorful and exciting debate.  This year, CSE’s founder and CEO, Lise D’Andrea will debate with fellow panelists on the topic, “Has self-service gone too far?” Similar in format to ESPN’s “Pardon the Interruption,” Lise will debate the “cons” of self-service in the airport market space with industry experts representing the “pros” of self-service. Come join CSE on Wednesday, March 15, at 11:15 a.m., for what will be a lively and informative session.

CSE also looks forward to meeting and greeting guests in the exhibit hall at Booth 109.  Sharing tips on how to optimize airport service culture and passenger experience, industry experts from CSE will be on hand to answer questions and share helpful information.  An additional draw to CSE’s booth this year is the chance to win an  Amazon Echo by simply completing a 5 minute questionnaire, capturing attitudes and trends in airport customer experience.

CSE is excited to join ARN in New Orleans – we look forward to seeing you this week!
