Customer Service Experts, the leader in providing service culture solutions to the airport industry, recently promoted five top performers and hired eight new team members, positioning CSE for continued success in 2018.  This year, CSE celebrates twenty-five years of partnering with organizations to design strategies and provide resources to create innovative, customized, service culture initiatives which deliver exceptional customer experiences and increased profit margins.

 

Jerry Hyman, previously Associate Program Manager, was promoted to Program Manager in January 2018.  He is responsible for building strong client relationships, managing client contract specifications for service evaluation programs, consistently meeting and exceeding client expectations while maintaining high client satisfaction ratings.

 

Audrey McGuirk, previously the Marketing and Creative Services Specialist, was promoted to Digital Marketing and Creative Services Manager in March 2017.  She is responsible for overseeing the successful planning and implementation of all CSE marketing and creative services initiatives, as well as learning and development, companywide branding/communications both for CSE clients and internally for CSE.

Donna Whicher, previously the Project Coordinator and Editing Lead, was promoted to Quality Review Specialist in September 2017.  Her responsibilities now include leading and supporting the virtual team of independent contractor reviewers.  This position is responsible for delivering consistently high quality client deliverables for all measurement service products while ensuring a seamless transition from evaluator to reviewer to client.  

Julie Posner, previously Senior Project Coordinator, was promoted to Associate Program Manager in May 2018.  Her responsibilities now include building strong client relationships, managing client contract specifications for service evaluation programs, consistently meeting and exceeding client expectations while maintaining high client satisfaction ratings. 

Barbara Cobb-Jepperson, previously Trainer/Consultant, was promotes to Senior Trainer Consultant in June 2018.  Her responsibilities include leading all on-site activity of his assigned programs. She will facilitate interactive customer service training classes in numerous client programs. Barbara will also utilize a consultative, strategic and solutions-based approach in performance coaching and consulting to support service evaluation results.  She also supports the Manager of Training and Consulting with client management and team development on appropriate programs.

 

CSE welcomed Ed Fetrow to the team as Trainer/Consultant in December 2017.  Ed is responsible for leading all on-site activity of his assigned programs. He will facilitate interactive customer service training classes in numerous client programs. Ed will also utilize a consultative, strategic and solutions-based approach in performance coaching and consulting to support service evaluation results.

 

CSE welcomed Anneata McDonald to the team as Administrative Coordinator in April 2018.   Anneata is responsible for supporting the training and consulting team. She is responsible for quality control in reviewing service evaluations, reporting and compiling client training feedback, and preparation of client executive reporting. She supports the training and consulting team and provides administrative support to the M of Training and Consulting.

 

CSE welcomed Jean Edwards to the team as Project Coordinator in October 2017. Jean is responsible for delivering on contracted projects through recruitment, scheduling, and timely completion of service evaluations that measure client and employee experiences.  Jean also is responsible for building strong shopper relationships and supporting shopper development.

 

CSE welcomes Shetonia Broughton to the team as Project Coordinator in May 2018.  Shetonia is responsible for delivering on contracted projects through recruitment, scheduling, and timely completion of service evaluations that measure client and employee experiences. Shetonia also is responsible for building strong shopper relationships and supporting shopper development.

 

CSE welcomes Holly Bird to the team as Business Development and Contracts Specialist in April 2018.  Holly works directly with the CEO to respond to RFPs, and develop presentations and other materials in building CSE’s client portfolio. She actively participates in the development of proposal strategy, related research, proposal writing, and production and contact list management.

CSE welcomes Allison Johnson to the team as a Field Trainer in July 2018.  Allison is a certified Equal Employment Opportunity Counselor, former Dale Carnegie instructor/facilitator, and a DiSC trainer/facilitator. Allison is responsible for leading all training activity of her client programs. She also manages the learning environment to include facilitating instructor lead classes and using a consultative, strategic, and solutions based approach.
