With more than 15 years in retail sales, management and operations with national retailers Gap and Casual Corner Group, Susan has the expertise that enables her to clearly understand varying client needs and make valuable, targeted recommendations for service improvement. Highly skilled in Client relations, Susan has implemented countless successful customized service development projects, including nationally recognized, award-winning airport specific customer service development programs. She is committed to responding to client needs and fully supporting them to achieve their service vision.
As Vice President, and more than eight years with CSE, Susan has been instrumental in the development of CSE's team, organizational structure, business development and best practices. A graduate of Clemson University, Susan has served as a guest speaker and author of service articles for retail, food service and airport concessions and is a member of the Airports Council International and the Annapolis and Anne Arundel Chamber of Commerce. Susan lives in Annapolis with her husband Jim and their two children and enjoys boating, cooking and entertaining.
