Holly Markel

Senior Manager, Training & Consulting Services

A talented and highly acclaimed training professional, Holly leads CSE's growing team of trainers in producing high quality, customized training programs for specified client needs and objectives. Known for her energetic and service-positive style, Holly delights audiences throughout hundreds of CSE service improvement and customer experience management programs that are delivered nationally each year. Her training expertise comes from an extensive background in both national retail and restaurant training with Ann Taylor Loft, and TGIFridays. Holly designs interactive, creative curriculum that is presented to thousands of client employees nationwide. She creates targeted activities and learning games that reinforce key training objectives, and creates support tools that enable Managers to continue and reinforce each training event. A key contributor to CSE's publication, Service Matters, Holly writes service articles and tips that support CSE's comprehensive programs. In addition, Holly has been a key speaker for various industry conferences and events.

Holly attended the College of Notre Dame of Maryland and is a member of The American Society of Training and Development (ASTD). Holly lives in Baltimore, MD with her daughter Wittney and enjoys shopping, fashion and training for marathons.
