Amanda Benson
Director, Measurement Services
Directing operations for CSE's, Amanda is responsible for CSE's measurement strategy, evaluator recruitment and readiness, quality control and review and managing CSE's Client Services Team. Focused on strategic and timely program planning, Amanda has a sixth sense for implementation and is committed to driving value in every aspect of service measurement and surveying that CSE offers. Amanda joined CSE following her extensive experience in management and recruitment in the staffing industry, as well as operational experience in retail management and sales with The Limited stores and Ann Taylor. Her expertise in selection and hiring of staff at all levels has enabled her to develop a talented team that achieves high quality standards and is consistent in exceeding expectations for our clients. A graduate of Denison University, Amanda participates each year in raising thousands of dollars for the Susan G. Komen for the cure for Breast Cancer research. Amanda resides in the Annapolis area with her husband, James, and their daughter Paige and enjoys family time, home improvement and gardening.
