A Commitment to Narrative Based Evaluations
All CSE assignments require at least one page of narrative to be submitted describing in detail the entire experience. As part of your application process, we require a sample, written narrative of a recent service experience. This narrative should "tell the story" of your shopping visit.
CSEvaluators are selected based on quality, detailed narratives that include:
- Descriptions of your actions
- Employee interactions
- Quotes from your conversation
- Positive comments
- Areas for improvement
- Proper grammar, punctuation and spelling
For all evaluator applications we want to be sure that you understand how evaluators are paid and contracted. In order to apply to be an evaluation with CSE, we ask that you submit an Independent Contract Agreement (ICA) that verifies that you are in agreement with this type of flexible and beneficial working relationship.

Step #2: After submitting your writing sample, you'll be at our SASSIE site. Please read and accept the ICA as well as complete your New Shopper Profile.
